They must operate with excellence and integrity, have a great attitude, and superior diagnostic skills.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our customers Perform a wide range of automotive repairs and maintenanceResearch and review common problems and manufacturer TSBs to find the root cause of our guest's concernsContinuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehiclesPerform software updates using dealer-level scan toolsComplete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspectionsMaintain an orderly work environmentWork as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectivelyFollow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organizationWork closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results
